Quality Assurance
Shubham Enterprises use Virgin
electrical “A” Grade Copper rods in the manufacturing of the
wires to ensure excellent resistance characteristics. The Bunched Copper Strands manufactured by our company
have the capability to endure better PVC retention properties. The
PVC compound used in the manufacturing process has an operating
temperature of 85 degree C while most other wires that are available
in the market have an operating temperature of 70 degree C.
All the
coils at Shubham Enterprises are manufactured using automatic coiling
machines with extruders, so that it can endure accurate
diameter control and high voltage testing. Shubham Enterprises routinely follows
extremely rigorous and systematic testing procedures to ensure
excellent quality of the products; thus augmenting demand not only in the domestic market but also in the international
