Conductor
Single electrolytic copper conductor copper conductor drawn simultaneously into specified sizes and then went through the stringent annealing process to attain characteristics such as resistance, dimension and flexibility etc.

Insulation
Specially formulated grade of PVC Compound and Polymer Compound is capable to withstanding rating of 160°C and intermittent rating of 170°C enables the winding wires to be overloaded without endangering safety. The insulation is resistant to boiling water, steam and vapours to prevent aging and cracking in practical uasges

The cables printed with generic making "POLY NATIONAL"

Packing
500 mtr. to 1000 mtr. coils packed in protective cartoons. jumbo coils in special pay-out boxes are also available to help reduce wastage at the time of installation Specification generally confirm to IS 8783 Part 4/ /Sec.I and IS 8783 Part 4 / Sec. 3.

Typical Application
Specially meant for winding of Submersible pumps and motors of various sizes.
